Your suggestions, my orders: A long time ago a reader asked me to do a recipe with guacamole and I really don’t know what has taken me soo long but FINALLY here it is 😀
Guacamole is one of the simplest and nicest ways to eat avocado, I love it. Hope you do too!!
1/2 sweet onion
First of all peel, wash and use a spiralizer to convert the potatoes into noodles. Put the noodles in a big bowl, add some soya sauce and herbs and let it marinate for some minutes.
Then prepare the guacamole. To do it, mash an avocado with a fork and when it’s smooth, squeeze 1/2 a lemon with your hands (be careful with the lemon, you don’t want a strong lemony taste). Mash again the ingredients.
Cut the tomatoes and half of an onion into small pieces and put together with the mashed avocado.
Place some olive oil in a pan and cook the potato noodles to medium heat for 10 min. or until cooked.
Mix the noodles with the guacamole and ENJOY!!
