First Day Of Autumn

First day of autumn;

And here, in Barcelona, summer seems to not want to ever leave.

Even though I’m very grateful for that, I have to be honest and confess that I can’t wait to do autumnal things such as cover myself into cozy blankets, drink hot tea, wear tights, socks, long neck jumpers and berry toned lipsticks. I can’t wait to smell the rain, the fallen leaves. I can’t wait to feel the first cold breeze!!! All the seasons make me so happy I can’t even describe.

But for now I’ll continue enjoying this amazing weather that we have here 🙂

Wish you an amazing week ahead and happy Sunday!!

P.S. I’ll son be back with some new recipes & exciting projects!!!

  1. Thank you for your nice photos from the seaside and tendering words too. September is quite an an important month for me also.

On wednesday it´s autumnal equinox day and it´s my birthday too. In September the great nature shows it´s best fall colours. In September it´s time to stop my favourite hobbies boating and fishing and say good bye until next spring. In September it´s time to pick up the late autumn mushrooms from the forests and some arctic wild berries. In September it´s time to start swimming and water gym in the swimming pool of the SPA nearby.

    Try To Remember Lyrics

    Harry Belafonte

Try to remember the kind of September
When life was slow and oh, so mellow
Try to remember the kind of September
When grass was green and grain was yellow
Try to remember the kind of September
When you were young and callow fellow
Try to remember and if you remember
    Then follow, follow

Try to remember when life was so tender
When noone wept except the willow
Try to remember when life was so tender
And dreams were kept beside your pillow
Try to remember when life was so tender
When love was an ember about to billow
Try to remember and if you remember
    Then follow, follow

Deep in December it’s nice to remember
Although you know the snow will follow
Deep in December it’s nice to remember
Without a hurt the heart is hollow
Deep in December, it’s nice to remember
The fire of September that made us mellow
Deep in December our hearts should remember
    And follow, follow
