Pesto & Veggie Noodles

Pesto is a special sauce; it smells like summer. The mixture of basil and pine nuts, the flavour of olive oil… simple things are the best!!

Ingredients (4 servings)

3 zucchini

charry tomatoes

4 tsp of pine nuts

handful of fresh basil

1 clove of garlic

olive oil

pinch of salt


Provençe herbs

How to do it

Use a spiralizer to make veggie noodles with the zucchini.

Put the noodles in a pan and cook for 10 min.

For the sauce put one tsp. of pine nuts for each person. Cover with olive oil and add a pinch of salt, a clove of garlic, pepper and the fresh basil on top.

Blend until creamy.

Mix the noodles with the sauce, add some cherry tomatoes and sprinkle some herbs of Provençe on top.
