Here is one of my favorite & simple ways to start the day… because nothing beats Açai Bowls!!
If you are wondering açai is a fruit that can not be consumed directly (I buy the powder). It’s full of antioxidants, vitamine A, B & C. It also contains Omega 3, fiber and it’s a great way to obtain protein from the veggies.
The taste is a mixture between berries and grapes and it’s delicious!!!

1 ripe frozen banana
1 tbsp açai powder
How to do it
Blend the frozen banana with 1 tablespoon of açai poder and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Add some water or almond milk to make it more creamy!!
Top with banana, blueberries, blackberries and flax seeds.
