Morning Smoothie Bowl

Good Morning!!

There’s just one thing better than starting the week with a smoothie: starting the week with a smoothie bowl!! There’s something about eating that smoothie with a spoon that makes it even more satisfying (if that’s possible).

I’m lucky enough to go to uni in the evenings so I can wake up with no alarm clock and enjoy my mornings without any hurry. So I can read a book, make homework, blog, take my time to dress up (I can’t stand waking up early in the mornings or dress up when the house is too cold or leave home when it’s still dark outside) and, of course, have time to make this gorgeous and delicious smoothie bowl.

Ingredients:

1/2 banana

a handful of strawberries

1/2 apple

1 plum

Recipe:

Just blended up some strawberries together with some banana and half a plum. And then sprinkled on top the other half of the plum and cut some apple wedges. Such a perfect combination!!!
