Multi Seed Crackers

Hey guys!!

I’m so happy to finally share this post with you, as this recipe is amazingly simple and incredibly delicious. I discovered this the other day and I find that it’s just the perfect recipe for a snack. I served it with hummus and I can’t explain with words how delicious was eveything together, so instead I’m just going to share the recipe and tell you that you HAVE to try this one!!!


2 tbsp flax seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp sesame seeds


salt, herbs, pepper

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset flax pumpkin sesamo sunflower


Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Put in a bowl all the seeds and cover with water for 20 min.

Spread the gelatinous seeds onto a baking tray and drizzle herbs, salt and pepper. Then put in the oven for 25 to 30 min until it’s crunchy.

You will find yourself with a huge cracker, now just have to let it cool down and cut into pieces.
